Do I need to log into my Instagram?
No. No login, no password, no extension. We never have access to your account and never ask for it — the data comes from the public part of the profile you name.
Will the person know they were checked?
No. We do not follow, do not view stories, and do not interact with the profile on your behalf in any way. Nothing happens on their side.
Can a private profile be viewed?
It cannot, by anyone. A private account shows its lists to nobody, not even partially — that is Instagram’s restriction, not ours. We reject such profiles before you pay.
Can I see when exactly someone followed?
Exact dates do not exist in any source: Instagram simply does not provide them. The list does come in the order entries were added, though — the most recent follows are at the top.
Are the lists complete or truncated?
Complete. If a profile has 4,812 followers you get all 4,812, not the first hundred. Search across the list and CSV export are included.
How long does the result stay available?
Seven days at the link sent to your email. After that the data is deleted — we do not keep other people’s lists longer than necessary.

How to see someone’s Instagram following list
The list can be opened in the app itself: visit the profile and tap the following counter. That works only for a public account, and only for the first hundred rows or so — after that the list loads in jerks and snaps back to the top.
The second difficulty is order. The app sorts by its own internal logic, based on who you interact with most, rather than by date. Finding recent follows in that list is close to impossible.
Here the list is exported whole and in the order entries were added. The newest rows sit at the top — which is what most people came for.
New and former follows: what shows and what does not
Instagram keeps no history. No row in the list carries a date, and there is nowhere to obtain one: the platform simply does not expose that information.
Two honest limits follow, worth knowing before you buy.
- Recent follows are visible. The order of addition is preserved, so the newest sit at the top.
- Exact dates are not. “Followed on 14 March” is beyond every service, and any promise otherwise is invention.
- Former follows cannot be recovered. Once someone unfollows, the row disappears without trace.
- Deleted accounts vanish. The evidence that a connection existed goes with them.
The only way to see change is to compare two snapshots taken on different days. That is what following monitoring and the unfollower check do.
What a following list actually tells you
A list is facts, not conclusions. It shows who someone follows and explains none of the reasons.
It helps most in three situations. First, checking whether a creator’s audience is real before buying advertising. Second, understanding someone’s interests — the subject matter reads better than any bio. Third, finding people you both know.
