An Instagram comment analysis of a profile’s posts
We collect the comments under a public account’s recent posts and show where a real conversation happened and where it was polite emoji.
Only public comments are read — the ones any visitor can see. Direct messages are visible to nobody but the people in them.

What people write in the comments
The report collects the comments themselves and sorts them by observable traits: questions, length, who writes most often. Automatic positive-or-negative scoring misreads short replies full of sarcasm and emoji far too often to display, so the reading stays with you.
Inside the result
What the analysis shows
- 01Which posts sparked conversation and which collected emoji
- 02The share of short and one-word replies
- 03Questions asked under the posts, listed separately
- 04Who comments more often than anyone else
Example format
What the analysis looks like
This is a demonstration of the format, not data from a real profile. A purchased result contains rows for the public account you specify.

FAQ
What to know about comment analysis
01Will it include every single comment?
No. The first page is taken for each post — usually a few dozen replies. Downloading thousand-comment threads is not promised.
02Are replies to comments included?
The report works with the top level of each thread. Replies inside a thread are not analysed.
03Is there a sentiment score?
No, deliberately. On short replies such scoring is wrong often enough to mislead more than it helps.
04Can I analyse someone else’s profile?
Yes, if it is public: comments under its posts are visible to any visitor.
05What if there are almost no comments?
Then there is nothing to analyse, and the profile should not reach checkout. We verify that beforehand.
Why the comment count misleads
Thirty comments under a post look like success until it turns out twenty-eight of them are emoji and “fire”.
A conversation starts where people write sentences and ask questions. That is a different event, and the counter cannot tell it apart from polite approval.
So the report separates substantial replies from short ones and lists the questions on their own: those are ready-made topics for the next posts.
What to do with it
Three uses the analysis is usually bought for.
- Content topics. A question asked twice is a request from the audience, not a guess by the author.
- Format check. If conversation happens under one type of post only, the rest earn reactions but not engagement.
- Regular readers. People who comment repeatedly are the warmest part of an audience, and they are listed by name.
