1. What we collect from you

We deliberately collect as little as possible. From you, we store:

• your email address — the only way to send you the link to your report and to handle refund requests;
• the username you asked about, together with the resulting report;
• payment identifiers returned by the payment processor.

We never ask for and never receive your Instagram credentials. There is no account to create, no password to set, and no browser extension to install.

2. Data about third parties

A report contains usernames and display names of accounts that the profile you checked follows or is followed by. This information is published openly by Instagram and is visible to any visitor without logging in. We do not enrich it, do not combine it with other sources, and do not build profiles of those people.

Reports are stored only for the 7 days during which your link works, and are then deleted along with the underlying lists.

3. Why we process this data

To perform the contract you enter into when you pay: to produce the report, to give you access to it, and to handle refunds. We do not use your email for marketing and do not send newsletters.

4. Who else sees it

• our data provider, which retrieves the public lists on our behalf — it receives the username being checked, never your email;
• the payment processor, which handles the transaction — it receives the amount and your email for the receipt, never the username you checked;
• our hosting provider, which serves the site and stores the report.

We do not sell data and do not pass it to anyone else.

5. Analytics

We use Yandex Metrica on the public pages of the site to count visits. It isnot enabled on the report page: the address of that page is itself the key to your paid report, and it must not leave our systems. Session recording (Webvisor) is switched off everywhere.

6. Security

Your report is reachable only through a long random link that is not indexed by search engines, is not cached, and is not shared with third parties. Anyone holding that link can open the report, so treat it as a password.

7. Your choices

You can ask us to delete your report and your email before the 7-day period expires. Write to [email protected] from the address used at checkout, or include your report link. We act on such requests within three business days.
