1. What this service does

Sled prepares a report listing the accounts shown in the public “Following” and “Followers” sections of an Instagram profile that you specify.

The report is built exclusively from data that is already publicly visible — that is, visible to anyone without logging in and without the profile owner’s permission. We do not access private profiles, messages, hidden posts, or any data that is not published openly.

The service is informational. We do not act on your behalf or on anyone else’s, do not follow or unfollow anyone, do not interact with the profile being checked, and do not change its state in any way. The profile owner receives no notification.

2. Price and payment

The price depends on the size of the profile — the combined number of accounts across both lists:

• up to 1,000 accounts — $4.99
• up to 5,000 accounts — $9.99
• up to 20,000 accounts — $19.99
• up to 100,000 accounts — $49.99
• very large profiles — quoted individually

The exact price is always shown before you pay. Payment is a one-off charge for a single report. There is no subscription and no recurring billing.

Payment is made in cryptocurrency through a third-party payment processor. The amount is fixed in US dollars and converted at the rate quoted by the processor at the moment of payment. Network fees charged by the blockchain are paid by you and are not part of the price.

A crypto payment is confirmed only once the network confirms the transaction. Underpaid transactions do not unlock the report. Because blockchain transfers cannot be reversed by us, please check the amount and the network before sending.

3. Delivery

Once payment is confirmed we build the report and give you access to it via a personal link, which is also sent to the email address you provide. The report remains available for 7 days, after which it is deleted.

The report can be exported to a CSV file. Please do so if you need to keep the data beyond that period.

The service is considered delivered at the moment access to the finished report is granted.

4. Refunds

We refund the full amount if:

• the report could not be produced because of a technical fault on our side;
• the profile turned out to be private or unavailable after payment, making the lists impossible to obtain;
• the report is materially incomplete through our fault.

Refunds are made in the same cryptocurrency to an address you provide, within ten business days. Write to [email protected] quoting your report link or the email address used at checkout.

We do not refund a report that was produced and delivered simply because its contents did not match your expectations: the composition of the lists is determined by Instagram, not by us.

5. Limits and liability

There are no follow dates. Instagram does not expose the date on which one account followed another through any interface, so no such dates appear in the report. The list order matches the order Instagram itself returns.

We are not liable for decisions you make on the basis of the report, nor for changes to Instagram’s behaviour that affect the availability or composition of public data.

You agree to use the information lawfully and are solely responsible for what you do with it, including compliance with data-protection and privacy laws applicable to you. Using the report to harass, stalk, or intimidate anyone is prohibited and terminates your right to use the service.

6. Provider
