1. What this service does

Sled provides the public-data product selected at checkout: following and follower lists, a mutual-follow comparison, an audience-signal review, a ranking of public post reactions, a hashtag visibility check, or access to currently active public stories for the Instagram profile you specify, plus a 30-day product that monitors changes to a public follower or following list.

The report is built exclusively from data that is already publicly visible — that is, visible to anyone without logging in and without the profile owner’s permission. We do not access private profiles, messages, hidden posts, or any data that is not published openly.

The product page describes the exact output and its limitations before payment. If the profile cannot produce that stated output, checkout remains unavailable.

The service is informational. We do not act on your behalf or on anyone else’s, do not follow or unfollow anyone, do not interact with the profile being checked, and do not change its state in any way. The profile owner receives no notification.

You can also order through our Telegram bot @sledinstbot (the Bot). The products and prices are the same as on the site; in the Bot you pay in Telegram Stars right in the chat, or on the payment processor’s page that the Bot links to.

2. Price and payment

One-time prices are shown before checkout. Current product ranges are:

• following/follower lists or a mutual-follow comparison — $4.99 to $42.99 by combined list size;
• audience-signal review — $6.99 to $46.49 by follower count;
• public engagement ranking — $5;
• hashtag visibility check — $6.99;
• currently active public stories — $2.99;
• deep random-sample audience review — $28.49 when marked as available;
• review of a profile’s public posts — the mix and counters of its records, how evenly they land, posting times, the discussions under them — $4.49 to $5 depending on the product;
• list of similar public accounts from the platform’s own suggestions — $5;
• topic, tag or place selections from the platform’s public search — reels, tags, sounds, captions, posts tagged at a place, view velocity on a topic, authors posting from a place with their public counters — $5;
• 30 days of following or follower monitoring — $9.99 to $142.99, by list size;
• profiles outside a product’s stated limit — quoted individually.

Payment is a one-off charge for one result or one 30-day monitoring period. There is no automatic renewal or recurring billing; another period must be purchased separately.

The payment methods available to you are the ones shown at checkout, and the checkout itself is the authoritative list. Outside Russia that is Telegram Stars, where offered, or cryptocurrency. The amount is fixed in US dollars; for crypto, conversion happens at the processor’s quoted rate, and network fees are paid by you.

A price in Telegram Stars is the dollar price at 50 Stars per US dollar, rounded up ($4.99 is 250 Stars). The exact number of Stars is shown before you pay, and a Stars payment is made and confirmed inside Telegram.

A crypto payment is confirmed only once the network confirms the transaction. Underpaid transactions do not unlock the report. Because blockchain transfers cannot be reversed by us, please check the amount and the network before sending.

3. Delivery

Once payment is confirmed we build the report and give you access to it via a personal link, which is also sent to the email address you provide. The report remains available for 7 days, after which it is deleted. A monitoring link instead remains available for the paid 30-day period and contains the detected change history. Monitoring ends automatically and the collected lists are deleted when that period ends.

If you ordered through the Bot, the report is sent to the Bot chat: the key figures as a message, the full lists as a file. You can get it again under “My reports” in the Bot for as long as the report is stored.

Tabular reports can be exported to CSV. Media-viewing products may not provide an export. Save an available result if you need it beyond the stated access period.

The service is considered delivered at the moment access to the finished report is granted or the report is sent to the Bot chat.

4. Refunds

We refund the full amount if:

• the report could not be produced because of a technical fault on our side;
• the profile turned out to be private or unavailable after payment, making the lists impossible to obtain;
• the report is materially incomplete through our fault.

A Stars payment is refunded in Stars to the Telegram account that paid. If one order is paid twice, the second payment is refunded automatically. Crypto refunds are made in the same cryptocurrency to an address you provide. Refunds are made within ten business days. Write to support@sled-inst.pro quoting your report link or the email address used at checkout. For a Bot order you can also use the /paysupport command in the Bot.

We do not refund a report that was produced and delivered simply because its contents did not match your expectations: the composition of the lists is determined by Instagram, not by us.

5. Limits and liability

There are no follow dates. Instagram does not expose the date on which one account followed another through any interface, so no such dates appear in the report. The list order matches the order Instagram itself returns.

Audience signals do not prove that an individual is a bot. Engagement rankings do not reveal DMs or personal relationships. A hashtag check observes public visibility but does not diagnose a “shadowban.” Story viewing is limited to active media that a public profile exposes at the check time. Monitoring compares discrete checks: it cannot reveal the exact time or cause of a change and may miss offsetting changes between checks.

We are not liable for decisions you make on the basis of the report, nor for changes to Instagram’s behaviour that affect the availability or composition of public data.

You agree to use the information lawfully and are solely responsible for what you do with it, including compliance with data-protection and privacy laws applicable to you. Using the report to harass, stalk, or intimidate anyone is prohibited and terminates your right to use the service.

6. Provider
