Who operates the service
Aleksei Aleksandrovich Rusakov, individual entrepreneur registered in the Russian Federation. Tax ID 631607040629; registration number 325632700195704; Samara Region, Russia. The same provider details appear in the Terms and before payment.
The Sled editorial team is responsible for guides and answers. Material factual changes receive a visible update date. The methodology is published separately so a sales page does not substitute a claim for an explanation.
What Sled does
The service processes only information available from a public profile without asking the customer for an Instagram login or password. Depending on the product, a result may contain following and follower lists, a comparison of those lists, observable audience signals, public likes and comments, public post visibility, available stories, or differences between list snapshots.
We do not access direct messages, private profiles, or the account owner’s internal analytics. Sled is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for Meta Platforms or Instagram.
Product principles
- The price and exact output are shown before payment.
- Checkout is not offered when the required public data is unavailable.
- An observable signal is not presented as proof of identity, intent, or automation.
- An exact date is never invented when the source does not return one.
- A purchased result is available at a private link for a limited period.
Read the collection and comparison methodology, contact details, and Terms of Service.
How the facts in our writing are checked
Every article and answer on this site follows one set of editorial rules. They exist because this field is crowded with promises of capabilities that do not exist, and the only way to stand apart from that is through limits a reader can verify — not through the word “honest”.
- We promise only what the service actually does. Wherever it fits, a piece carries a section on what cannot be found out. It is not decorative and is never cut to save length.
- We do not invent data that does not exist. Instagram gives nobody follow dates, bot percentages, or a list of profile visitors. Phrasing such as “see who viewed your profile” is banned here even as a section heading.
- Sources are primary. The Sources section links to Instagram Help and Meta documents, not to someone else’s blog retelling them.
- The update date changes with the text. Stamping today’s date across the site devalues the signal, so the date moves only when the content moved.
- We never name competing services. A piece is written to explain a question, not to serve as a shop window for someone else’s advertising.
What we answer for, and what we do not
We answer for the data shown being what was retrieved at the moment of the check, unaltered on the way to you. If collection fails or the profile turns out to be private, the service counts as not rendered and the money is returned under the Terms of Service.
We do not answer for what happens on Instagram’s side: lists change constantly, and a report describes a moment, not a permanent truth. Nor do we answer for the conclusions someone draws from a report — the service shows observable facts, not people’s motives.
Reviews are published only when they are real and word for word, as customers left them; on the English pages they are translated from Russian. There is no aggregate rating in search markup: an invented one is both grounds for search-engine penalties and exactly what we criticise others for.
Who answers your email
Support is handled by me personally; there is no call centre. Email reaches support@sled-inst.pro, and questions about a specific order are usually faster on Telegram. If a report came out incomplete or unclear, write — we will go through your actual order rather than send a template reply.
